Electrician website template

You decide what your website asks for each job, such as the cable distance to the fuse box or the charging power of the wallbox, so you know the cable run before you quote. You price it from your own price book, and the customer accepts online.

Request form on a demo garden business's website: hedge trimming selected, with the business's questions about hedge length, height and access
The request form of our demo garden business, with sample data. Yours asks about the wallbox instead: charging power, cable distance, solar.

Enquiries you pay for

What enquiries and seats cost you

About €6,000 a year, €30,000 over five years.

Example values: change them to yours. Hosting is paid directly to Caffeine from your own account. See the current Host plan options and pricing.

How switching works

  1. Try the demo

The demo is a garden business. Open its request form for a new lawn: it asks for the lawn area, seed or turf, and whether a small digger can reach the garden. Your wallbox form asks for what you need to know in the same way.

  2. Copy the template

Copy it from the App Market into your own Caffeine account. You don't need an account with us.

  3. Set up your services

Add services like an EV charger installation or a fuse box upgrade, with their questions, prices and quote templates, then remove the demo. Caffeine charges the hosting to your own account: see the Host plan options and pricing.

A wallbox, set up in the admin

Here's how an EV charger installation could look. You build it once under Pricing & forms, and every quote for it starts from this template.

Turn the gardener into an electrician

Services, questions and prices are settings. Photos and some website texts belong to the design, and you change those in your copy's Caffeine chat. Attach your photos and ask, for example:

  1. “Replace all the garden photos with the attached photos of our installations and write a caption for each.”
  2. “Rewrite the big statement on the home page for an electrician in Leeds, and swap the garden questions at the bottom for questions people ask an electrician.”
  3. “Change the colours to dark blue and yellow.”

A site for trade businesses

Your own website and back office for an electrical business: requests with the details you need, quotes with options, your team's schedule and your invoices. No lead platform charges you per enquiry.

Not included yet: email or text notifications, online payment and photo uploads on requests.

Questions

Can one quote offer 11 kW and 22 kW?

Yes. Put both wallboxes in the quote as alternatives and mark one as the default. The customer picks one and sees the total change before accepting.

Can I quote from the customer's measurements?

Yes. The customer's answers sit next to the quote editor, so you set the cable length to the distance they gave and send the quote.

Can my team sign in?

Yes, each with their own access. Staff handle requests, quotes and the schedule, and only admins change prices, questions and settings.

What does it cost to run?

The template is free. Caffeine charges the hosting to your own account: see the current Host plan options and pricing. You pay no fee per enquiry and none per electrician. Changes you ask for in the Caffeine chat use credits from your Caffeine plan; attaching photos doesn't.

Can I set it up without help?

Yes. Services, questions and prices are settings in the admin, and photos and texts change in the Caffeine chat. If you get stuck, write to us.
