They pay you directly, by bank transfer or on arrival, as you agree with them. You record payments and refunds on each booking and see what's still open.
Yes. With their booking reference and email, guests see their booking and balance and cancel under your cancellation policy.
The template is free to copy. You pay Caffeine for hosting from your own account (see the current Host plan options and pricing), and nobody takes a commission on your bookings.
You do. Guests, bookings and payments are stored in your own copy of the app, and you can export your bookings as a CSV file for your spreadsheet.
