Website template for gardeners

Customers tell you the hedge length, the lawn area or the size of the patio before you drive out, and you send a quote they accept online. The demo is already a garden business: change the name, prices and photos and go live.

Request form on a demo garden business's website: hedge trimming selected, with the business's questions about hedge length, height and access
Your website asks what you need to quote: the request form of the demo business Greenleaf Garden Care. Sample data.

Paying for every garden enquiry

What enquiries and seats cost you

About €3,240 a year, €16,200 over five years.

Example values: change them to yours. Hosting is paid directly to Caffeine from your own account. See the current Host plan options and pricing.

How switching works

  1. Try the demo

Request a hedge cut from Greenleaf Garden Care as a customer. The form asks for the hedge length, the height and whether both sides can be reached, and a tracking code lets you follow the request. Greenleaf is made up, and the data is sample data.

  2. Copy the template

On the Caffeine App Market, copy it into your own Caffeine account. Your copy starts with Greenleaf's services, questions and prices in place.

  3. Put in your prices

Change the hourly rates, call-out fee and quote templates to yours, remove the demo jobs and go live. You pay Caffeine for hosting from your own account; the Host plan options and pricing are on its site.

What's in the demo already

The demo is a garden and landscaping business. Keep what fits and change the rest in the admin, with no code.

Make the demo your business

Services and prices are settings. For the look of the site, open your copy in Caffeine, describe the change in the chat and attach your photos. For example:

  1. “Replace the garden photos on the home page and under Recent work with the photos I attached, and write a short caption for each.”
  2. “We're a garden business in Bristol. Rewrite the big statement on the home page and the questions at the bottom for us.”
  3. “Use dark green and sand as our colours.”

A site for trade businesses

Your own website and back office for a garden business: requests you can quote, quotes customers accept online, your team's week and your invoices. No lead platform charges you per enquiry.

Not included yet: email or text notifications, online payment and photo uploads on requests.

Questions

Can I quote without a site visit?

Often, yes. Each service asks what you need to know, like garden size, hedge length or access, and the answers sit next to your quote. For bigger jobs you can still arrange a visit first.

Can customers choose between options?

Yes. Put alternatives in a quote, like seed or turf, and extras they can tick, like irrigation. The customer sees the total change and accepts online.

Can I hand jobs to my team?

Yes. Assign each job to a gardener and give it a time. The week view shows each person's jobs, and everyone signs in with their own access.

What does it cost to run?

Copying the template is free. You pay Caffeine for hosting from your own account; the current Host plan options and pricing are on its site. You pay nothing per enquiry or per user. Changes you ask for in the Caffeine chat use credits from your Caffeine plan; attaching photos doesn't.

Who owns the customer list?

You do. It builds itself from requests, with each customer's job history, stays in your own copy of the app and exports as a CSV file.
